Cancel Your Order
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at support@naturepan.com with your order number and recipient details to request a cancellation.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may refuse delivery, but any shipping costs incurred will be your responsibility. Once the package is returned to our warehouse, a refund will be issued (shipping fees may be deducted).
Return Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
Unused and unwashed
Free from damage
Complete with all original components
Returned in original packaging whenever possible
Items not eligible for return include:
Limited-edition products
Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
How to Return

Clear photos of the product
Photos of the original packaging
A brief explanation of the reason for return
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return instructions or a prepaid return label, depending on the situation.
Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
Return Shipping
Defective or incorrect items If the product is defective or not as described, Naturepan will cover the return shipping costs. Please provide clear photos or a short video showing the issue so we can issue a prepaid return label.
Other return reasons For returns due to personal preference, incorrect selection, or post-shipment cancellation, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 10 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing any components, please contact support@naturepan.com immediately. Include photos and a description of the issue, and our team will arrange a replacement, missing parts, or a refund as quickly as possible.
